cypress point grand villas rates??

going to wdw in october for 7 days from the 28th thru nov 4th and have a room booked at comfort suites maingate for 69.00 per night , but i noticed alot of people recommending the cypress point villa so i checked website for villas and was quoted 139.00 per night for 2 bedroom suite. is that normal rate for that time of year or can i find a cheaper rate elswhere??

We booked for August through hotelopia and it was $77.00 a night for 2 bedroom, including taxes . We used hotel kingdom last year but noticed that their rates have gone up by about $25.00 a night.

We really enjoyed Cypress Pointe and look forward to staying there again this summer.
