Cypress Palms

Hi, has anyone stayed at the Wydham Cypress palms recently. I was wondering about if there is a security gate or not. It seems to be beside a road that leads to parking for restaurants. Any concerns that people had about people walking onto the property

I was there at the end of April. Never had any security concerns though it is not a gated resort. I've stayed there many times and have always felt safe.

How was the resort for Kids? Does it have activities and games ?

There are some activities, maybe not as many as some places.

I love this place - we've stayed here a few times. Our young grandchildren love the pool and the playground. Not gated but there is a security presence. Just some advice, don't get sucked into the sales pitch. It's 3 hours you'll never get back, and even though our sales guy was nice I was ready to punch him at the end of it.
