For the sales that start on Thursday, if you go to a 24-hour CVS at midnight, are they in effect? So if I really wanted the earbuds I could show up at midnight to a 24 hour store?

Yeah. I think I am going to get all the freebies. Then roll the ECB into 2 of the razors. The razor gets decent reviews. (If its the 7310 model. I couldn't read the small print in the ad. But that is the only model my CVS has.)

Okay, I'm just about to clip all my coupons for tomorrow night at 12:01. Our 24 hour store is usually filled with crazy people fighting over the earbuds and such. Hopefully it will go smoothly!

Plus, I guess I'm officially one of those crazy people, right?

CVS was fantastic!

We were pulling away from the store at 12:20. Not too bad!

They had everything we were looking for except the excedrin. I also wasn't looking for the listerine so that I don't know about either.

It was very fun--there must have been at least 3 others doing all the deals like we were. One of the men that was shopping said Walgreens has some great deals starting mid-night tonight too. I'll go look that up and maybe get over there in the a.m. when I go to the other CVS with my OTHER card.

Scan your card at the coupon box thing--I got a .30 off coupon for Twix. I used it on the Mars King candy bar so that was a money maker baby!

Yeah, and I ate most of it already. yikes!

Smiller did not get the coupon.

I better go to bed. I have to put the Turkey in at 7:00 a.m.!

I was able to use the $5 Norelco coupon from the newspaper no problem today - no beeps.

The manager who was supposed to open our CVS didn't show up until 7:06 am today (store opened at 7 am). So I stood outside the doors for awhile. The lights went on at 7 am so I got out of the car because I thought they were about to open, but the manager told me that was automatic.

So far I have been to KMart, 2 cVS stores, Walgreens and Michaels. But apparently Michaels doesn't open until 5 pm. I better go get my bread a-raising or we won't have any rolls for Thanksgiving.

I was at CVS last night at 11:15 cause we ran out of TP last night at 11 PM So off I went to our local 24 hr CVS. Hit the 4 day sale items to get my TP and paper towels and a few other items. Took that stuff out to the car and figured while I was out I'd see if I could hit the Black Friday deals early - no such luck they don't turn on until 12PM - you could get the sale prices but no ECB So there I am hanging around the store looking at all the other stuff, along with the other crazies who were also there at 11:30 just so they could be the first to hit the BF deals.

I loaded up on the stocking stuffer items and got:

5 King Size M&M/Mars
5 Reeses
1 Listerine Pocket Pack
1 Headphones
2 Old Spice Deodorant
1 Carmex
1 Herbal Essences Shampoo
1 Excedrin

I handed over the following coupons:

Old Spice B1G1 - On sale for $4 w/$4 ECB limit 1 but cashier gave me $5.99 in credit for the coupon
Carmex 30c
Herbal Essences $1
Excedrin $1
CVS $5/$25
$11 ECB
I had $19 in OOP but I got back $31.85 in ECB. All in all I thought I did great considering this was an impulse stop - just because I was there...

You did good! I had a high OOP too (higher than normal). But then I turned around and used the ECB I got to buy the Norelco razor for DH. I was going to pay for a razor anyway for Christmas, so I figure this way I got all the other stuff free. I also got the hair dryer and free curling iron and 2 zhu zhus with the ECB I earned. I pretty much got all the freebies except the candy and the RenPure shampoo.

I had a fairly high OOP also but I got a lot of stuff and a lot of ECB's to use for later. Both the shampoo and conditioner of the Renpure - my daughter was very happy with that. She usually doesn't get the fancy organic shampoo. Got the Herbal Essence - had two $1 coupons for that. The Gillette deodorant was also a MM as I had $2 coupons. And I had printed a $1 Eucerin coupon so made money on that as well. Plus the Colgate toothpaste, used a $1 coupon.

All in all, I thought it was a good stop on the way to Thanksgiving dinner at my mothers. My daughter and I just had to resist all of the candy bars while driving. I am going to try to save those for stocking stuffers.

I did all of the freebies on one card yesterday. I'd like to get back today to do more on DH's card, but we'll see. I just crawled out of bed from a Black Friday nap. I hit the stores at 3:00 this morning and I'm still groggy.

None of the CVSs here had the Renpure shampoo. Otherwise, I did pretty well -- got Herbal Essences, Carmex, Colgate, Listerine, Gillette, Eucerin for better than free b/c I had coupons and also got the earbuds and candy. I did my favorite Intuition razor cartridges with two $4 coupons from Facebook and the $10 ECB, which made them about $2.50 each.

The ad says the deodorant limit is 1 but my receipt does not say the limit has been reached. Does anyone know what the deal is?

I forgot to mention that the Renpure shampoo had a hang tag that is a try me free rebate. So for the cost of a stamp, I'll get a little money back as long as my mother didn't do the same deal. I have to use her address because it says no P.O. boxes. Those rebates are tremendously frustrating to me - I have no choice but to have a P.O. Box - they will not deliver mail to my house.
