Cvs & riteaid 11/14-11/20 weekly deals

My Herbal/Aussie coupon is Sunday's paper was for .50. Or is there another one I'm not seeing?

Maggie: did you find $1 coupon? Wondering if Chicago area got worse coupons than other areas. I will gladly pay 49 cents for shampoo though.

Do you live in an area that has a lot of double coupon stores? We tend to get the $1 coupons on think since they end up being the same once those in double coupon areas double the $0.50 coupons. I got mine in the Porland Maine Sunday paper. Now I'm hoping that my mother's will be $1.00 too - she gets two New Hampshire Sunday papers

Here is what I got:

Oral B toothbrush heads, the sensitive kind worked - they were out of the regular.
Herbal Ess. Shampoo

Used 5/25 from email
5 oral b man. q
1 he man. q

Paid 15 in ecbs/cash, got back 15 ecb's.
Great price for those oral=b tb heads. They are never on sale and sooo expensive! And now I have 15 ecb's to use for black friday deals!

I thought about going to CVS today but didn't make it. I do have my herbal essences coupon ready and I'll try to do that tomorrow with the baby while the other kiddies are in school.

we NEED shampoo.

No one else hit the CVS today? anyone?

3 weeks from today I'll be hangin' at the YC & BCV!

I'll have to think of somewhere fun for the CVS card to go.

There were $1 on 1 Herbal Essense/Aussie coupons in my Sunday paper. I bought the shampoo at CVS and after I see my mother on Tuesday and collect her coupons, I'll buy the conditioner at Rite Aid.

My CVS had one of the L'Oreal Go 360 cleaners on clearance 75% off. With my $1 coupons, they were $0.82 each. Got a few to put in my niece's care packages at Christmas time.

I am confused about the RA deal on the Herbal Essense. I dont see a limit. Can I get 6 at a time?

RA has been inconsistent with their +up limits. For example, the Herbal Essences deal for this week is unimited. I bought 8 in a transaction and got all the +ups and went back the next day to buy 4 more using the same card and got all those +ups, too. Last week there was a toothpaste deal that only printed out once. Occasionally their ads say "limit 3 (or whatever #) per household, but not always. I use the A Full Cup Rite Aid forum. Each week they start a thread about the +up limits and people post what how many +ups they received per item. It is very weird that RA is so inconsistent with this!

Oh Flaky, this makes me sad but I do understand. There's never enough time for the to-dos in life, and as much as we love the Dis and Cvs, they really don't qualify (as to dos). Thank you very much for all your very hard work!! I greatly appreciate it! Big hugs ((((Flakey)))

Quite a bit of the L'Oreal is on 75% off clearance.

I got my mom several of the "over 60" face creams and had coupons. They are normally $21 each, but I paid about $3.50 each with coupons. They also had a face cleaner for $2.88 on sale.

Some of the L'oreal make up is also 75% off. I got some lipstick and eye liner and face powder.

Save it for black friday (thanksgiving) because the herbal essence is free after ECB. So its a 50cent moneymaker. Limit 2.

Is it common for Rite Aid to not have items in an ad? I mean--not just in stock....when I asked for help, they didn't even have a spot on the shelf for the 10 for $10 items. All I found was the Evap Milk and green beans...no spot for stuffing and no spot for cranberry sauce. Then on the pictures in the add below, they didn't have a shelf location for the gravy.


Not a big deal since Target had a much more awesome sale on those items. While I can understand being sold out--I don't understand several items not having ever been part of the inventory.


I have been doing real well with CVS as I have just begun couponing--so I'm not scoping free deals, yet. 50% savings works for me, for now!

I did get my first mm at Rite Aid--Gain dish liquid, 88 cents on sale and I had a $1 off coupon. Woot!

Flaky: you totally deserve a break. It's a lot of work! I cannot commit to posting the ads each week, but what about just a CVS thread that we keep going and can always come to for questions and to talk about the latest week's ad if we want.
Maggie: A general CVS thread might be "easier" to manage and monitor.
