I did the Pepsi deal last week and will do it again this week. I have yet to see any mention of the Walgreens monthly coupons being used for this deal.
Last week I used the $3/4 12 pks, $1/4 2 ltr. bottles, and the $1/2 Lay's out of that book at CVS. Don't all CVS' take competetors coupons?

Last week we were able to get a van full of things for less than $10.00 oop x2. My DH and I each have our own cards.

When our local Walgreen's opened, I remember CVS had signs saying they accepted Walgreen's coupons. I haven't seen them lately but I will have to ask if the policy still stands. I haven't looked at a Walgreen's flyer in a long time. Keeping up with Rite Aid and CVS takes up as much time as I can devote to saving money each week! But the flyer for Walgreen's comes in the Saturday paper so maybe I will start taking a peek. Thanks for the idea.

I have 2 Walgreens, 3 CVS', and 1 RiteAid all within 5 min. of each other.
The coupons are in the monthly book. Not the weekly flyer.

Thanks - I live pretty far out in the boonies - one CVS, one Walgreens and one Rite Aid. And nothing else for about 40 miles! But I work in the city where they are on every corner. Unfortunately, when I am at my office I don't have time for shopping. So the weekends at home has to be it. I'll have to stop in Walgreen's and pick up their book. I know that doesn't come in the mail.

I had 2 off coupons from a display at Albertson's that I used on the Tom's and used the printable orbit coupon to get pretty cheap (almost free). Coupons are great!!!!

Did anyone have their ad scanned to join the beauty club? My cashier tonight didn't want to scan it because she said I had not bought any "makeup." I had bought a Ponds Cream (a beauty item) and I had to tell her a few times to scan the ad so I could "join" the club. Finally she said "whatever" and scanned the ad.

My receipt says I did join the beauty club and I received a 10% off next beauty purchase...only good for 3 days though. But it doesn't show a running total for the beauty club like it shows when we do a deal like the Pepsi one.

By far my greatest expense was the L'Oreal face cosmetics. I got two pressed powders and two blushes BOGO50%...For two, it was $16, then I used the $5 coupon. It was like BOGOfree...I also bought a Maybelline Sensation Lipstick. On sale for $4.99, with my $2 coupon from Glamour (?) magazine, its a great buy for a new product.

I also bought Olay products--a body wash and a facial cleanser BOGO50%, with coupons on top of that. The video values also had coupon for Dove body wash and hair care, and those are BOGO50% this week too.

I've bought so much Halls cough drops these last few weeks. On sale 2/$3, with $1 coupon, plus the UP, it ends up being 2/$1. Bargain!

ALso, the Whitmans Sampler is on sale for 5.99, down from 9.99. I had a coupon from before Christmas for another $2 off. Valentines candy!

CVS has Hershey's candy bars at buy 2 get 1 free. and there are current coupons for BOGO free. So I got 5 candy bars, all free!

I get so confused too! And didn't really know. So I picked up 5 candy bars with two BOGO coupons. Since CVS had buy two get one free, I thought (hoped) it would work, and all of them were free. I figured at the most, I'd have to buy one (.89) but I didn't! Hope it works for you too!

One of the coupons coming out of the scanner this week is $3 off two Listerine, Reach floss or Reach toothbrushes. There's Reach floss of 99 cents and there were coupons for it in the newspaper recently Great little money maker!
