CVS extra bucks and coupon question

Does CVS calculate the total for items toward Extra bucks before manufacturer coupons are deducted? For example, this week they have $10 EB for $10 purchase of stomach products. I also have man. coupons. If the products are $5 each (just for example) and I buy two, then use my man. coupons...will I still get the EB?

Yes, even if you use coupons CVS will calculate the sales price for the reward so in your example you would spend $8 (assuming your coupons are for $1 each) and receive $10 back.
