What a score today! I bought over $100 of stuff (and I'm not even including what it would be without the sales price), and by using coupons and previous ECB's, I only spent $3 OOP, and $12 on my FSA card, and still walked away with $15 ECB from today.

I had to ring up 3 different transactions (thank goodness for super wonderful people at my CVS who have even pointed out sales I forget about...CVS employees are couponers too

) because I had two CVS coupons for Spend $25, get $5 off, and those specifically say you can only use one of them at a time.
Now the best deal was that I already had that "Spend $20 on beauty, get $4 off" but when I went to the store and scanned my card at the coupon machine, it also printed, "Spend $15 on Facial Products, get $5 off".
And neither said you could only use only one per transaction. SO, here's what I did:
$30 for (2) Aveeno Moisturizer, $15 ea
-$2 Aveeno Coupon
-$2 Aveeno Coupon
-$4 CVS coupon
-$5 CVS coupon
-----------------------------
$17 for two
-$10 Aveeno ECB
-----------------------------
Real Value - $7 for two
Of course, I used ECB's from last week, so spent nothing OOP.
Now this would be a pretty decent deal, but what makes it great is that Aveeno is the only moisturizer I use, and I'll buy it whether it's on sale or not -- making this the best value of all.
You know, if it hadn't been for this budget board I never would have known about CVS'ing. This place rocks
BTW: Did anyone else have probs with MQ coupons today? My clipped Thermacare AND my printed tresemme coupons all beeped on me today. Cashiers just pushed them, esp. since the thermacare was clearly valid, but wondered if anyone else had issues?
