CVS and Walgreens gift cards to purchase Disney gift cards?

Was wondering if you can use these store gift cards to buy Disney gift cards? Anyone have experience with this?

I assume you could, but I don't know if they would be discounted in any way- I've seen them for sale there

No for CVS, and some people have reported limited success at Walgreens.

In most cases store cards can't be used to buy Branded gift cards. This would be especially true, if they were earned from purchases.

It depends on the cashier at Walgreens.

I usually just get a Disney gift card in the amount of the Walgreens card I have and buy a pack of gum, paying cash for the difference. I've never had a problem doing it that way.
