Cvs 6/20-6/26 weekly deals

Here is my plan...

1 Huggies box.

Use the $3 manu from coupons.com, the $3 CRT from the scanner awhile back and a $4/$20 purchase CRT I received today when I popped in for a bag of ice. I guess I'll need some filler item but no biggie.

Hopefully I get another good $/$ CRT on my mom's card so I can do this twice (she gave me her big card so I can do diaper deals with it).

I'm going to try something a little crazy this week. Last year I fell in love with Olay Total Effects when I found two of them on clearance for 90% off. Now of course I can never find much of a deal on it, so this is what I'm going to do:

$20.00 Total Effects Moisturizer
7.00 Total Effects Body Wash
?? Ivory hand soap
-5.00 coupon from page 50: http://epaper.philly.com/Web/PagePrint/2010/06/16_06_2010.pdf
-7.00 mfg. from Parade magazine (Sunday paper)/get Total Effects body wash free wyb Total Effects moisturizer
-4.00 mfg. from P&G insert for Total Effects body wash
-?? mfg. from P&G insert/get Ivory bar soap/hand soap/body wash free wyb Total Effects body wash
It should come to $11 plus tax and I'll earn a $7 extra buck.

Lanajae, this sounds great! So in which order will you give the coupons? Also any way to print the Philly paper coupons? Mine come out super small :confused3

I think I will have to give the $-off one before the "free" ones, but at the same time, I don't know if it matters since each one is covering one item, not really doubling-up. I will try it later today.

I got the coupons to print larger by choosing to print "current view" - I just made the coupons take up most of what I saw on the screen and then printed them. I used the free 12-pack one yesterday and the $5/10 seasonal/summer in the same transaction with no beeps at all!

HELP!? :confused3

Getting so frustrated!

This is the second week in a row that I have not received a P&G booklet!! Last week I got two SS booklets and no P&G and this week only SS and RP...

Does anyone know if the sunday paper has P&G? If they do, i'll just go by Starbucks and buy a paper..

Usually P&G is only the first weekend of the month.

I plan on doing the same and getting the toothpaste. Otherwise I don't see anything that I need or want...

I don't even need diapers. I have enough to last me up until next year thanks to an unmarked baby clearance. :rotfl::rotfl:

You can be put on the email list and know which inserts are in each week's newspaper on Sundaycouponpreview.com. :thumbsup2

I had a fairly good trip today combining last week's ad with the new ad (which one of our stores always starts on Saturday. :thumbsup2)

I bought:
3 GM cereals $10
2 Colgate Total $5.98
2 Clear Care $17.98
1 Clearance candy .66 (I needed some energy! ;) )
2 CVS pocket tissues 2/.99

Used 1.00, .75, .75 mfg. Q's on cereals.
Used 1.00, 1.00 mfg. Q's on toothpastes.
Used 3.00, 3.00 mfg. Q's on Clear Care.

Used $1 and $1 CVS Q's on toothpaste.
Used $1 CVS Q on tissues (allergy coupon).
Used $5 CVS Q on 2 Clear Care (expired but they welcome expired Q's at this store)

Used new $4 off $20 Q from scanner today.
Used $9 ECB's.
Took $1.72 off my CVS money card.

Got back $10 ECB's.

The limit on Clear Care is one for ECB's, but I bought two only because I had that (expired) $5 off two Clear Care CVS scanner Q. Otherwise, I would've only bought one.

I went and did it with the card I got the $4/$20 for... it was $5.95 w/ tax and then I got the $10 ECB back (I had a $5 ECB to use, too).

I'm working on doing an inventory of diapers but I feel comfortable saying I have thousands up there. My BIL's gf is pregnant though (I'm going to have a neice!), my best friend is pregnant and my cousin has a 4 month old. All of these people are getting diapers as gifts. :rotfl:

I just did this deal and it would not give me the full $7 for the body wash. I think if you hand over the coupons in this order it might work better:
1. 5/25 (got in my email)
2. $7 from Parade
3. $4 body wash
4. free ivory

I just handed her the coupons and she used the other 2 before the $7 coupon. Could not complain because she was taking some ECBs that were expired by 2 weeks (they say now only will take them after 1 week). When I look at my receipt I am confused, which is normal, but I only paid $1.33 OOP and used $12 in ECB and $2 CRT. Got back $7 ECB and $1.98 ECB.

Also when I scanned one of my cards it gave me an extra $2 ECB. So all in all it was a good night since I really like the moisturizer too.

Also got the power bars. I am not buying toothpaste until we use more of what we have in stock.

Lot of rambling here so I hope it makes sense. :thumbsup2

We just got home from Disney World a few hours ago. It was HOT, HOT, HOT and extremely crowded! Our one bag was over 50 pounds(52lbs.) on the way home, so I reached in and took out a ziplock bag of shampoo and sunscreen and ditched it, BOY was that extremely hard to throw out even though I paid very little for them at CVS.

HELP!? :confused3

I am so sorry, right after I wrote to you I went to a friend's house that is an hour away and I just got home.

When I select print on a PDF, there is a section called "Print Range," and one section is "current view." It's not in the section with the options you wrote, it's above it with radio buttons.

You increase the size to whatever fits best in our screen by adjusting the percentage on the bar at the top and whatever you see in the window is what prints.

I had trouble with the $7 one too, but the cashier manually entered it. She didn't tell me what it said on the screen, do you know? Did it say only $3 allowed or something? This transaction would have been perfect if the $4 coupon was for the moisturizer instead, but I could only find a $1 for that. Also, our CVS does not sell Ivory body wash or hand soap, only bar soap, so that was disappointing. I did the PowerBar gel thingys and used $1 coupons that expired 3-31-10, they were $1 each, so that was a nice money-maker.

Thanks Lanajae. I tried to find all that too but only the PDF thing is there. Its an HP printer, shouldn't it be there? I feel so lame!:lmao::confused3 Anyone else having problems printing them? HELP please!

There was a coupon in this weeks papers for the Zegrid
$4.00 off and a rebate for the item for free.

It shouldn't be the printer, maybe it's because I saved the PDF to my computer? I am using Adobe Reader 8 (free).

Don't see much of anything interesting in this week's ad. I don't need to roll any ECB's this week so I might just stop in and pick up the toothpaste. I do have a $1.00 coupon for that.

Flaky, thanks for posting. Besides the ad itself, I love reading everyone's tips and shopping lists. Deals I didn't think of myself are always great!

I've tried everything :( Any chance you or someone else has it saved or a way it can be shared? I'd be so grateful!:thumbsup2

Scanned my card the other day and it printed a 5.00 of KODAK Movie Book, and next week they are free 9.99 get 9.99 so save it if u get it!
