I didn't start making ADRs until well past the 180 day mark (old rule) - also started past the 90 day mark - so I've had to make the best of it as it's a fairly last minute trip - I have been able to continue to tweak things slightly . . . I'll also tell you what I cancelled so you can critique! (we are party of five, three DD's 11, 8, 6 on the DDP) -

Sat 2/14 - arrival, counter service dinner in MK (Casey's?), just in MK for Spectro and Wishes

Sun 2/15 - Epcot FW, counter lunch, break, 4:00 pm AK parade followed by5:15 ADR at Yak and Yeti dinner in AK, 8 pm carriage ride at POR (at one point we had late 9:30 pm ADR for California Grill, but we cancelled in favor of an earlier time on Thurs at Narcoosee's - swapped the view for a better time and later in the week)

Mon 2/16 - Cape May breakfast 9:00 am, Epcot WS entry at 11 am, 4:30 pm San Angel dinner (cancelled at 4 pm Coral Reef - reviews weren't great and I didn't think the menu was a good fit for my family)

Tues 2/17 - early to MK, lunch at counter (in or out of park - any suggestions?), break, return for 6:50 pm dinner at Crystal Palace, maybe catch Wishes again at 8:00 pm depending on length of dinner - can you see fireworks while inside Crystal Palace?

Wed 2/18 - early to DS, counter lunch (any suggestions?), 3 pm parade, 5 pm dinner at Mama Melrose (couldn't get Fantasmic package for any night of our stay) hopefully we'll catch Fantasmic this night without too much trouble!

Thurs 2/19 - AK early, counter service lunch, break, travel to GF, maybe watch Wishes from beach, 8:35 dinner at Narcoosees, should see Water Flotilla from restaurant (cancelled a 1 pm ADR at Tusker house in AK with reserved seating for Nemo - DH did not like Boma and I thought the menu looked similar - also, he doesn't want to be tied to a lunch ADR - would rather sit down for dinner)

Fri 2/20 - 10 am Family Magic Tour, counter lunch (in MK or resort - suggestions?), 5:40 pm dinner at Kona, followed by Wishes OR Illuminations if we've seen Wishes plenty by then -

Our favorite counter service at the MK is Cosmic Rays followed by Columbia Harbor House. Unfortunately, we don't care for any of the counter services at the Studios and usually drive to one of the resorts and eat at one of their counter services.

We've never eaten any CS at DHS.

At MK, we like Columbia Harbor House best. If you want to take a ride on the monorail (or a boat) to Poly, my favorite CS at WDW is Captain Cook's! The brand new CS at the Contemporary also looks yummy - haven't tried it yet but will next week. You can walk to the CR - 10 minutes max - or, again, take the monorail. You can see the menu at www.allears.net.

Coral Reef had bad reviews? Darn it.

Cosmic Ray's (MK) is definitely on our CS list, maybe even twice. The portions in the food pic post were huge!
