Okay, I never do this...but I was watching a recorded episode of Martha Stewart Weddings last night and she had the cutest idea I just had to share!

For a bridal toss bouquet, she made several small individual bouquets that, when held together, looked like one big one. Then, she added "fortunes" to each one (ie, "you will marry your best friend")

I wasn't planning a toss, since my "single" guests are ages 9,4,2,2 & 1, but now I'm thinking of making some like that with a "kiddie" type theme...

Anyway, just had to share as I know I'm always looking for non-traditional ways to incorporate traditional stuff!

I chose this option. I have one younger cousin who was kind of grabby the year before, and kind of aggressive about getting the bouquet.

This way, in the air they split up and more than one person gets a flower. Works good for the little ones.

Hi!

Here is a cute idea. When my daughter got married, I was into beanie babies. For the "toss", my daughter threw a bride beanie baby, and my son-in-love threw a groom beanie baby. It is more of a nice keepsake I thought. For your disney wedding, you could throw a Minnie bride beanie for the girls and a Mickey groom beanie for the boys.

Another idea, you could do the traditional throw of garter and bouquet for adults and the Mickey and Minnie for the kids that attend. Should be fun. They loved this idea at my daughters wedding.

Blessings,
Winnie

Those are all very cute ideas!! I haven't really thought about doing a bouquet toss but those ideas make me want to considor it!
