I had always read that the "things you were most attracted to (with your S/O) will turn into the things that annoy you the most"

Which brings me to my thread - idea.

What's that one thing your boyfriend, husband, wife, fiance, (insert title here), does that drives you flipping banana's?!?!?

My *fiance*, when I would ask him something, anything, would occasionally answer "NO!" Like the way a 2 or 3 your old child would - NO! And we'd laugh .. haw, haw, hahhaa. If he says NO! one more time to me when I ask him something, I'm jabbing a fork into his forehead. The laughing stopped a looooong time ago. It's not cute anymore.

Perhaps thats not the most annoying - maybe it's when if I point at anything while we're driving and it's aimed in any way, shape, or form towards him - he "growls" and acts like some sort of animal, whom wants to bite my finger off. Again - cute, how funny, AT FIRST. Now, if he growls at me again, I'm going to point my finger straight into his eye socket. :earseek:

AHHHHH _ someone is PMS'n! :teeth:

So, whats the one thing - that one little quirk, that you could certainly do without???

The things that annoy me now are the same things that annoyed me when we first got together. :rotfl2: I guess I'm not a very tolerant person.

The fact that he acts like a 12-13 year old half the time. I know he's a Saggittarius, but he doesn't have to ACT like it.

Mine pretty much never says he is sorry for anything and forgets pretty much everything I ever tell him.

Oh, one comes to my mind immediately! His work ethic!

It's a double-edged sword. I always admired his drive to better himself, but he's turned into a workaholic!

If he's not at the firestation, he's performing an inspection and this goes on seven days a week.

He says he does it for us - well this part of us would rather have more time for the whole us.

Everything else that annoys me, came about AFTER we were married. Can we post those???? Please????

He doesn't forget everything you tell him, he is a male=HE NEVER LISTENS TO ANYTHING YOU TELL HIM...

My dh does this, so I fixed it. I just stopped telling him certain things. :teeth:

I could write a book, but the first thing that comes to mind is the way I'll say something and then he'll say basically the same thing, like I never even said what I did. I will then tell him that he said it so much better.

Ummm, what's wrong with being a Sagitarius? I've never been told I'm immature :confused3

His driving!!!! Never uses the blinker properly and whenever we are at a stop sign he will ask me if anything is comming and then look himself anyway. If you aren't going to believe me then don't ask me to look! Grrrr...

Cathy, you have to tell him this annoys you. Me and my kids all ganged up on my husband who used to make a sound in the vehicle like a screeech, hissing noise like an accident was about to happen-for every little thing. We all ganged up on him and told him to stop it. It was pure annoying. Nor funny anymore. He did stop, but it still slips out every once in awhile. Thank goodness, after a 20 miles road trip and 100 hissing noises, we were all ready to kill him.

When he says, "We'll do whatever you want to" & then when I suggest something he says, "that's what you want to do".

Sometimes we even get so far as to be heading to place I want to go & he'll say, "how about we try this other place instead". More times than I can count (in fact almost always - until recently) we ended up where "he wanted to go".

Finally, a few months ago when he would say, "how about we try this place" I said, "Yeah, because I forgot that's what I really wanted to do, I was just confused for a minute". We have finally started to do "what I want to do"!!!

Only half the time? My Saggittarius acts like that at least 90% of the time - and I'm being generous. :rolleyes1

Loud belching.

It's funny the first few times, but now he has to do it everytime he takes a swig of soda!!!!

This thread is hilarious! I came up with one thing, but reading all of y'all's peeves, I'm realizing that it's just men! Mine does the same things!

Well, with my first husband, I was attracted to his great sense of humor UNTIL I realized he never took anything seriously!! That was a cold slap of reality!

I guess most men are a lot alike, because my dh does every one of these things. The most annoying though is when we are sitting home watching tv he barely knows I am there until I get up to do something then all of a sudden he needs a hug. When I get a phone call all of a sudden he has a 100 things to tell me. He is so lucky I love him!
