Snowman parts! 
O.K. you get crafters foam sheets from Michaels'/Hobby Lobby etc., and cut them into shapes needed for certain animals. Dalmation would be spots, collar, ears, tail, tongue, eyes, or Mickey...we all know whats needed there...a dragon...whatever animal you child can think of, then buy the foam, cut out the parts, and put them in a cute wine bag from the dollar store or decorate a leftover dish container...anything that can store the pieces. If you are near the ocean these are cute for the beach as well. It let's the kids participate in the making and idea, and then in the playing too!
