Cut off a little short.............???

It sure seems that OUR thread was cut off a little short....4 days after our return???? We have some people that haven't even made it home yet. What is the policy on this? I've seen other threads ramble on much longer than this?

Patty, everyone has the chance to continue their thread on the Community Board.

As I said, feel free to post a LINK to your new thread on this board and we'll even stick it (and anyone else who wants to post a link to their new threads) at the top of the board, so that those who are not back yet can find the new thread, if that's what you'd like.

We're just trying to be more consistent in closing these now and some of them DID go on too long, you're right. But for the long threads of past cruisers we will generally try and close them a few days after the return date of the cruise, and let you start new threads on the Community Board.

Hello all. I too was surprised that the thread was terminated so quickly. I hope others from the 11-9 cruise will find this and continue to stay in touch. Thanks for the new thread, Patty. Debbie and I will probably start a new thread for 6-21-2003 cruisers and a separate one for discussion of the back to back cruise.

Hi, I'm Wes' dw. We have a daughter who will be 17 then and a son who is 19. We are also taking our oldest dd, 26 and her dh. We are going to do a back to back.. We are tossing the kids off after the first week!!!! Wes will start a thread for us!

I tried starting a couple to see who else was going but they kept dropping off. Maybe after the holidays it will start to seem more real to folks. Although that counter approaching 200 is making it seem more real everyday!

That back to back sounds excellent. But the ages our kids are prevents carving more than about a week from the schedule as is - and they are too young to kick off and send on their own after the first week!

When you start your new thread please post a link on the old thread and I'll add it to the "past cruisers" stuck thread at the top of the board.
