Customs in Calgary? Trying to help family

Hi! I'm trying to get info for BIl/SIL flying from Edmonton to Calgary to MCO.
Will they be able to clear customs in Calgary (flying WestJet)?
They've never been to WDW and everyone looks to me for info. Trying to help them with Magical Express but I have no clue how customs works.
Hoping they won't have to clear customs at MCO since they're travelling the day before the rest of us alone with 2 toddlers.

Yes they will clear customs in Calgary both directions. They will need to collect their luggage, if I remember correctly it is a special carousel, fill in the forms and clear US custom.
Someone from Westjet will tell them where they need to go, there should be signs as well.
A map of the departures level will show where they need to go.

I was told the same thing that ABCanada said.. We will clear customs in Calgary; we are on the direct flight to MCO as well.

Make sure they look at the maps. You land on the lower level and have to go to the upper level to get your luggage and clear customs. It's not very well signed inside the airport.
