Customs at St. Thomas on Fall San Juan cruises

Am I correct in assuming that there will be no early morning immigration check in St. Thomas on these cruises since St. Thomas will be the first port after Port Canaveral and there will be no check in San Juan because St. Thomas is a U.S. territory?
