Customs After Alaska Cruise

We are on the Wonder in June 2017 going to Alaska. Can someone tell me how customs works when we get back into Vancouver? We are leaving Vancouver by air after the cruise flying back to Missouri via Denver. Do we go through Canadian customs at the port? Where would we go through US Customs? Thanks for your help.

At the airport in Vancouver you will clear US customs.

Yes you will go through Canada customs after you get off the Wonder:

When you fly out of Vancouver you will go through US customs at the Vancouver airport after you drop your luggage and go through security.

You will go through Canadian Customs when you debark the ship and US customs at the airport in Vancouver. When you're flying back, be prepared to show your passport and ticket a few different times.

It was very quick going through Canadian customs in port. They just had us show them the customs slip.

For the airport, if you're flying straight to the US from Vancouver you'll go through U.S. customs there, otherwise it'll be in your 'last' Canadian city before going to the US.

Just remember to get a flight in the afternoon. Make it an evening flight to explore your bonus port.
