Customizing your Magic Band

It seems like just about everything associated with Magic Band's is being discussed here - so what about decor? I know there's stuff they sell but I can't find any Tigger stuff! Does anyone know if those Jibbitz from Crocs would fit my Magic Band?

Not without some modification to the band; the holes in the Magic Bands are much smaller than the Croc holes that the Jibbitz mount in. I was bored out of my mind at a shoe store with DW & DD Thursday and looked at the Jibbitz there to consider the same thing (and I received the bands a few days ago so I know what they look like up close).

How much modification? If all it takes is boring the hole out a little larger then I can do that. MUST HAVE TIGGER!

absolutely. I think I'm doing to spring for the Tigger jibbitzs (jibbitzes - what is the plural here?!) and see if I can modify them to fit or work some how. I don't really want to just stick some stickers on it (that's kinda of a fail) but I gotta have Tigger!

Looking at some Jibbitz and I don't think it's a good fit. They might be too big for the bracelet.

I may need to just leave it alone. The band looks pretty cool. I'm not sure how much I like the pics I've seen of the "band-its" on them anyway.

Hi, I just read all 29 pages of this thread! SO many creative Ideas. I currently have a pink band, but thinking I need to change it to blue. I'd love the teal colors. And we were looking at sparklies today at the craft store. I adore the stain glass rose! But so many that are great.

So should I get a darker band if I plan to change the color to dark teal or purple? Does the glow in the polish work with the glitter?

SO WOW to all the great designs....from the simplest to the most elaborate!

I don't know from personal experience as I don't have bands to try it on. We are not in the USA so they ship them to the resort and I will therefore not be able to test any make over effects on them before we go.

From the reports, it sounds like it takes several coats of the nail polish, but everyone seems to have found them quite durable for the trip. I have a slight reservation about this ONLY because we are going for 3 weeks and testing durability on a 7 day trip is somewhat different to three times that length of time so I'm not sure. That said, we are doing a split stay so we have two sets of bands.

I am still looking at options to try Tiggerize mine!!
