Customized keepsake maps are no more!

I just tried to order some yesterday for our upcoming trip too. My four year old is so excited by the old (and worn) ones we have, I thought it would great to get new ones.

It hurts even more to think if I had just gotten on the ball a little earlier, I could have gotten them!

I was fortunate to get mine for early December. I also went on the Disney website and printed out their park maps. If you laminate them, they are pretty nice for kiddo keepsakes.

I tried printing the ones out from the website, but they are so small, and you can't read them. Is there any place you can purchase them? We have never been and would like to study them before we go

I filled out the thing for the decal months and months ago, and it never came.

I had completely forgotten about that. I did it months ago too and never got the decal.

I did these for each trip (luckily even the one we just got back from). I was really looking forward to ordering these again once Pandora and whatever they do in DHS opens to complare to the old ones. Glad I got the ones this summer with New Fantasyland.

If only they would just include a link to make those with your reservation after you have booked a stay, it would be something that still benefits the upcoming guest, especially the first timers.

Will miss these as much as I missed VMK, at least until I got the Disneyland Kinect game so now can wander the park virtually that way.

Oh no, how terrible this is (using the now standard Fastpass+ response) I'll guess I will have to cancel all future trips and become a hermit in a remote shack...

Well, shoot! Guess I waited too long. Our first visit is April and we were going to do the maps once we got our FP+ booked & could 'highlight' our FP+ rides & figure the best routes. I'm sure we'll be OK for Magic Kingdom since I'm a DLR regular so I have the general layout down, but we were sorta counting on them for the other parks.

DH is pretty good at getting things printed off the internet so hopefully we'll be able to find maps online that we can use.

Oh, what a bummer! I just ordered mine in November and now I'm glad I ordered them when I did. They are quite nice.. sad that they are now gone!

I also received an email to customize maps last month. I already have a full set of them framed and hanging in my office so I went ahead and customized the Character ones and just received them this week. Glad I did.

Disney ain't hurting......nor it's shareholders.....record earnings for Fiscal year 2014. Iger decided not to retire in 2016, extended it to 2018 and is getting a 60 million dollar bonus in 2018. I would be happy to be hurting like that.

bummed about this too! mobile device view does not seem to work or have the ability to filter on the iphone and can't find a way to print it on my desktop as map only view...

Yeah, I'm pretty sure FP+ is the cause for this...FP+ and the HS Hat together plotted to get rid of the maps.

This is too bad. I really liked the maps. My DD was too young at the time to really understand them. Now she will really like them. I am pretty sure I still have them, and will have to dig them out for our next trip, which sadly keeps getting pushed back.
