Help, I’m so confused. My Disney app tells me I have 11 bands to customize. I customized one for myself and one for my son and now it won’t let me customize any more.
My brother customized his bands back in August and got them within a couple of weeks.
My daughter has tried to customize her 5 different times. She’s received a confirmation each time, but no bands.
We are all going in February. Any help would be so appreciated. I’ve been on hold with Disney for so long already.
