customers who think they are always right.. its not a thing anymore karen.. you cant take samples anymore thats stealing.

We're affected by the supply chain so some of our customer orders are on back order, in some cases for over a year. One customer just yells and calls us liars. Oh, yeah...product isn't coming any sooner, pal!

Customers/People who have very low standards for products/service etc... and allow companies to provide bad customer service and/or products without so much as giving negative feedback.
