Hi, New to the boards. Went on 7 Day West in October. We had a terrible experience with ship Dr which ended in us being disembarked. We had spent the entire day at Key West Hospital as requested to clear us for sailing. After a barage of testing my wifes personal physician, the ER Doc had come to the conclusion that there was no risk of sailing and we should have never been sent to ER to start out with. I am a career Paramedic and was very suspicous of this Dr. The issue was pregnancy related and we are happy to say our son is due in the next 2 weeks. After returning home we went back and forth with the Medical company contracted by Disney to provide service onboard with the end result being "It is not our problem". We wrote 1 letter to Disney Cruise line and recieved voucher credit for the price of the cruise, along with an apology letter. Disney has once again proved its commitment to customer service, and has gone above and beyond anything we could have imagined. We are happy to say we are now doing the western 7 Day on May 20 2006.
