Customer Service - Tickets

I tried calling about ticket issues back in May. I made several calls and never got through. I spent a few hours total on hold. I'm on hold again now and have been for almost 30 mins. Anyone had any luck getting someone?

Yes. I got through on Tuesday, but it took 3 hours on total.
