Custom Touring Plans from UG are Great!!

I just ordered custom touring plans from Len and they are great! I even needed them to add afternoon breaks into our plans and they made those changes and had them to me within 24 hours.

They're service is awesome and the plans look great. I just wanted to give Len a thumbs up for being so helpful

I don't have any first hand experiences with the UG custom plans, but their team is first rate I've been a fan of the UG since its inception. Also, Len is a terrific Dis-er.

Things have been very busy here. Fox News did a special on the touring plan software, and it aired on the Tampa affiliate last Friday. My local station (Greensboro, NC) showed it on Monday, and it went out to Fox stations nationwide on Wednesday. I believe it's scheduled for Milwaukee next Monday evening, with plans to show in Atlanta, New Orleans, Miami, and New York, among others. The Tampa piece was 7 minutes long, so the coverage is substantial.

We've been flooded with orders and questions over the past week, and we've got four people doing their best to get them all completed. In those instances where we can't (rats!), obviously refunds will be given. The feedback we've been getting is generally positive, and I'm happy for the chance to show what we can do.

I'm sure Len will correct if things are different, but I ordered Custom plans on Sunday Night through the site. By MOnday AM I had a confirmation email telling me that I would have my plans by Wednesday. By 8 am Wednesday I had my plans. I needed a couple of changes, breaks incorporated into a couple of days, and I received my revised plans by 8 am Thursday.

Now that's Great Service!

Hi tbronk,

The normal turnaround is three business days. It may stretch to five business days during periods of heavy order volume (like if we ever get on Oprah.....or Car Talk. ) During those times, we try to prioritize plans based on departure date. I'll check my email shortly for your question.

Steph, the plans start at $12 for one park, up to $38.40 for touring plans for all four parks. We'll split up visits to parks at no extra cost. So if you wanted to visit the MK over two days, that's one plan to us.

One thing we'd advise everyone is to first check the Unofficial Guide to see whether the plans there will work. If you're arriving at park opening and want to see most of the attractions listed in them, the touring plans in the Guide are the best general-purpose plans available. If you're not arriving at park opening, or have mid-day breakfasts scheduled in the MK, or want to see a set of attractions significantly different from the Guide's, then a customized plan might help. I'll be happy to answer any questions about that that might pop up.

Thanks for the info Len! We are traveling with 2 kids, ages 4 and almost 2 at the time of our trip, I thought we'd be ok using the plans in the UG and leaving out things that we don't want to do or can't do with the little ones. We know we won't see/do it all, but we'll have 6 full days and a half day, so we should be able to do most of what we want to.

The "Touring Plan" just aired on FOX News Milwaukee. It was pretty cool to see! They hi-lighted 2 families that used the plans and how they worked for each of them. They have a link on the station website:
