Custom made MagicBands?

I'm searching for MagicBands with certain characters for Christmas gifts. Only a few of the characters are sold in the online Disney store. Is there some place at WDW that we would be able to have customized MagicBands made on our early Dec trip? We're hoping that there is.

At the Space Mountain Gift Shop in the MK and at the Marketplace Co-Op at Disney Springs there are On-Demand kiosks where you can have MBs printed. You are limited to the designs that Disney has made available.

The Star Wars Launch Bay at DHS also has On-Demand kiosks, but limited to Star Wars designs only.

I'm pretty sure the disney gift shops sell a little mermaid and stitch magicband.

The are lots of designs at D-Tech. We've made cell phone cases there...and it's hard to narrow it down to just one choice!

I didn't like the designs available so I went to a site offering customized magicband decals. I took an image of Dark Rapunzel (from the TV series) for my gray magic band. Bear in mind the one I went to is located in the UK so might not arrive in time.

Is there a way to find out what the available designs are? Some of them we're looking for are: Stitch, Little Mermaid, Cinderella, Tiana, and Eeyore.

I could have sworn I've seen all of those at least at one time.

Everyone in the family has their favorite Disney character. I need 15 of them, and it's either all or none. If I'm not able to get all 15, then I'll need to come up with another idea. I'm happy to find out that there are on property places to get them made if they aren't in stores. I'm wondering which is the best store to find the largest selection of the MagicBands that I won't need to customize. Where would you suggest?

The large gift shops at the parks would have a good selection - Emporium at MK, MouseGears at epcot, Discovery Trading Co at AK. The Trading Post in Frontierland has a bunch. And the space mtn gift shop has a lot, plus that's where D-Tech is. MK is probably a good place to start.
If someone wanted an Avatar magicband, then Pandora may be the only place that has those.

In your case I would totally order decals. There are US based ones too
I can't fathom trying to do 15 custom made bands at one of the kiosks in the park. They take a few hours to get completed too.

Also, at the kiosks, will they print a name on the back? What about the bands off the shelf, would they personalize those purchases, or could it be done somewhere else? We would have to be consistent with everyone's, either a name or no name.

On the back, NO.
You can have a name printed (costs extra) on the front of the band were the holes are.

No way to personalize the off the shelf retail bands at Disney. The only option would be to purchase a skin (vinyl decal) from a 3rd party.

There’s an anniversary little mermaid magicband (29.99) listed in MDE app that is available in the parks.

I’m pretty sure I saw eeyore on a design at D-Tech but I can’t remember if other characters were on the design with him. And I know they have several stitch designs because that’s what my DD was looking at!

Personally, w pick whatever color we want and then go to ETSY. They have an amazing number of vinyl skins you can put on the Mb for about anyhting you want.

The only way to have a band with your name on the back is to order them with a resort stay
If you get decals they’ll cover that band so they’ll have the name

I was told that even though our trip is not until May, if we order at least one premium band, along with the free plain bands, that the entire MagicBand order should arrive in about 10-14 days from ordering. However, if I do that, I'm back to the name thing. If I personalize with names on the resort stay ones, then the ones we buy off the shelf won't have any names, and the ones we have printed there will have names on the front. I'm not sure that will work.. I appreciate hearing the responses about the names being printed or not printed on the different bands. This gives us the information we need to make a decision.

Just so you're aware--when I purchased an upgrade resort band, they sent it immediately even though my trip was still 6 months away at that point. I only had one band on my order, but my understanding is that you have to order the entire party's bands at once if you're upgrading even one of them and that all of them will immediately ship together--someone please correct me if I'm wrong about that.

We have received decals from www.magicyourband.com. I thought they were good quality. To get them all personalized on the inside of the band, you’ll have to order them with a resort stay. We ordered one upgraded personalized band, and three plain colored vans, and they were all shipped within about 10 days of the order. However, I’m not sure if they would send them so soon if you just order the plain colored bands.
