Does anyone wear custom made clothing for Disney when at DLP?

I've been known to make a few custom pieces to wear when there.

There is a lot of Disney clothing worn - I havent seen custom clothes but then again we usually go when its cold so all you see is hats,scarves and jackets

I sew for the Big Gives and am getting much better at customs. I also hang with the Disboutiquers on the family board. They are a huge creative bunch so I thought maybe it is our turn to wear the customs I make.

I have been active on the Disboutiquers on the family board and learned of the Big Gives. We sign up for Make a Wish families going to Disney and then get to make clothes for the families. I like that it is direct involvement with the family rather than just donating money to a cause. I feel I am getting more out of the giving than the families. My sewing is not stellar but I try very hard to make each outfit as well as my skilz allow.

I really enjoy sewing for the Make a Wish families and now also for myself. I may create a little mickey head shirt for DLP, but put it on the back of a custom shirt with Minnie dot or something like it.
