curves ??

Does anyone know what the current fees are for curves?? I had looked into it a few years ago, but their wasn't a location close to my home and work. Now they opened one across the street from my DS's school and I could go before I pick him up.

I believe it's 39 a month if you agree to pay for a year (you don't have to pay for the whole year at once, just agree to pay for a year, still make monthly payments), or 49 a month if you pay as you go and only pay for the months you want to go (like you could skip a month if you're busy or out of town) There is a sign up fee, but there's often special promotions where it is highly discounted or waived completely or where there is a 2 for one deal. You have to check your specific location for that though.

I pay $29/month and did not have to pay a service fee because I joined during a special promotion. I don't know if it is the same price everywhere though. Good Luck, whatever you decide to do!

I totally forgot- there's a 10 dollar difference in big city zones- I'm 15 mins from New York City. Ours are 39 or 49. You're right, it's 29 or 39 in a lot of other places. Even fast food in NYC is higher priced. Oh well.

Thanks for the info....I live in a very rural area (about 1 hr 15 minutes from boston...my backyard is New Hampshire). So hopefully I'll be on the lesser side. I can't remember what it was before when I looked, but it was in a bigger city about 25 minutes from my house..

They are currently having a 1/2off the $149 initiation fee. The girls told me they never charge full price as there's usually a promo. I joined in Oct when the fee was entirely waived with proof of a mammogram.

I pay $29 per month (give them a check monthly). Signed up for a year. Might take June, July & Aug off from going but its the same whether I pay 9months at $39 ($351) or 12months at $29 ($348). And I dont need to think about another initiation fee after the summer.

Thanks...hopefully the promotions are the same...I noticed you are in central MA. I guess I'm considered central MA, as well...Northern central MA. It's all way to confussing from me, I'm use to being from the "North Shore".

I joined last fall while doing their 6-week weight loss solution. The class was $69 but there was no initial fee to join since I paid for the class. Not really cheap but definately worthwhile! Ours is $29-$39 per month.
