I'm a Curves convert. I began the nutritional program last January. Between January and June I stuck to it and lost over 30 pounds. I've slacked from July to basically now and have continued to lose about 15 - 17 pounds. So, the total is 47. What I love about it is that I followed the method and not only didn't gain, but continued to lose. I'm supposed to be back on the more restrictive part right now, but it just hasn't happened due to different meds making me ill and needing to eat more. However, I have learned so much I know that I can take off the remaining 15 once I'm healthier. I would recommend it to anyone. My only regret is not having done this much sooner. Don't wait.
