So yester day was the first day of my new way of eating. I am doing the low carb option in the curves book. I ate well yesterday I even stayed away from the cookies my kids made. I read some great info in the book so it gives me faith to think this will work. I know I have to work out 4 days a week that is part of todays plan. I am so glad I found this board I have found so much great info thanks to all
