If the policy is clear and unmistakable, including the likelihood of termination, then it would not surprise me for the company to follow through and terminate a worker who violated policy.in response to some pp, yes, it is the policy. I sorta forgot that part: If the place of business was such that it was really wrong, like a church, school or various other places... then no, I wouldnt cuss and might expect to be talked to or fired if I did.
