Hi all,
It's been one year here with W.I.S.H. ! Just thought I'd thank everyone for their support for the past year. I started last year about 197pounds. Definately my heaviest. Today I'm 156.5! I did it with eating sensibly, cutting down on sugars, and giving up pepsi. I eat more veggies and healthy foods, I exercise more, drink more water and drink diet soda instead of regular. I was at 152 before my WDW trip a week ago, but I caved into those cursed raspberry rapids at the WL. (pina coladas with chamborg swirled in) Boy does a few drinks pack on the weight
Oh well, I'm in the Turkey challenge for 15pounds which will bring me to 141.5 and at that point I'll nolonger be overweight. ( at 148 I'll be at "not overweight" ) My WISH goal is 148 and I had hoped to be at it within a year, but I'll be there soon enough.
