Currently Can't Cancel or Book anything?

So I have been stalking Disney for certain ADR's. I play the "tweaking" game. Well this morning, they won't let me book anything nor will they let me cancel anything. Did I do to much? Has this happened to anyone else? I get the "Currently cannot cancel reservations please call disney dining"...

I would be oh so sad if I couldn't stalk anymore.

You haven't been thrown out of the playground.
I noticed the system is messed up again today. It usually corrects itself. Sometimes it's quick, sometimes it takes longer.
