Current Weather and Parasailing

We have parasailing reservations on our upcoming trip - September 1 is when I think those are. Currently the reservation is for 4:00 and it occurs to me that weather could be a problem at that time. What do ya'll think - should we change our time?

It is far to difficult to predict the weather that far in advance. However Parasiling is an activity that is subject to minor weather issues. We were at WLV in March and had a reservation to go Parasailing on afternoon. It was a beatuiful day but the winds were about 15 Mph. We were cancelled because of the winds.

I guess my concern is with the typical afternoon showers...

Here's my advice.... Can you manage to book parasailing earlier in your trip? That way if the weather is bad you'll have the chance to reschedule. Of course I don't know how long you're staying, maybe it is towards the beginning of your trip - lol!

We scheduled it for the 3rd to last day of our trip and rescheduled due to cold/wind (not that you'll have the cold problem ) twice. We managed to go out around 11 am the day we left. So we vowed that if we did it again we'd schedule it earlier so we wouldn't have to miss out.

I think that's what we'll do. We'll wait to cancel the second reservation. Maybe we will want to go twice - gotta love the gold plan!
