Disney says that their priority is customer safety. That's why the first dropped the stops on the PC repo cruises in Acapulco and Mazatlan. Then they stopped the West Coast Cruises in general because of safety concerns in the ports.

I'm hoping that Putin doesn't do anything stupid between now and the end of July so we can visit St. Petersburg on our Northern Europe / Baltic cruise.
