Current voucher prices?

Could someone please tell me the current voucher prices (Breakfast, Q&C and Kingdom Lunch) for adults & children, so I can decide how many we need before I join Connections? Thanks so much.

Breakfast Child - 11.00
Q&C - 11.25
VKL Adult - 30.50
VKL Child - 12.75

ARe there shipping charges? It looks like on ebay the Q& C Vouchers are running $17 a pop? $20 for the breakfast!

No shipping charges from Connections that I'm aware of. I ordered 40 of them and they came UPS 2nd day air.
