The throw has been around since at least November. At least that's when when I got mine.

I like the new bag. Cute design. I'll have to look at it more closely when I'm there next weekend.

What is the quality of the blanket? Is it as nice as the plush one they had two years ago?

Yeah, it's one of the nice fuzzy ones like the one from two years ago. Not like the last one that was more felt like (that orange-y one). It's not super thick, but the one from a couple years ago wasn't terribly thick either.

It's in various stores throughout the resort. These were in the Disney Showcase store (next to the Magic shop).

I hope the bags are available when I'm there in May! I'll be there running the Pixie Dust Challenge. I'm really looking forward to this trip as it'll be my very first time at Disneyland.

PDC is the 10K and half marathon so yes, same race weekend thing (although there isn't actually a marathon, only Kids Races, a 5K, a 10K, and a half, but that's splitting hairs on my part). Only one May race weekend at DLR and that's Tink.

The sign says "and/or" which implies - to me, anyway - that you qualify for both or either if you spend more than $40.
