Current price of Vero Beach

Hello:

I was just wondering what the current add-on price for Vero Beach is through Disney. I keep seeing $70 per point on this board and that doesn't sound right. I appreciate your help. Thanks.

I believe they are selling HHI and VB add-on's at $5 off ($87?). That indicates that they ROFR'd a bit too much and have more points in inventory than they want. I would be aggresive with resales at these locations as DVC might have backed off their ROFR trigger point. I would bet you can get VB resale for $60. Of course the dues are very high. I'd shoot for around $65 at HHI.
