Current Price of Golf Cart Rental

So.. My husband loves the Fort. We are taking our 3 kids and my oldest dd's boyfriend with us. My husband loves having a golf cart. Is the current price really $79.00 a day?

Hi, I called on Monday to book a golf cart for 6 days in March. I was expecting to pay about $500 after taxes because the website says $79 a day. Well I actually got 7 days for $377!! He told me it was the same price for 7 as it was for 6 days. I have know idea why (should have asked). I didn't think they had weekly prices! Anyway, I am excited it was only $377. The guy I talked to was very nice.

This is news to me as well and I agree it's a big increase.

Maybe Disney has gone away from the one-price set and will give a little break for multi-day rentals.

This will also give alternate providers some head room to raise rates and still remain lower than Disney's costs.

You can reserve a cart up to a year in advance. When you make your ressie, they will tell you how much it is, you do not pay a deposit when you reserve, they will take your card info. and charge the full rental price the day before you pick up your cart.

I think this may be contributing to the confusion.



Maybe somebody there at the Fort now can get with the Bike Barn folks and clarify. 4-seaters represent the vast majority of rental golf carts at the Fort. A 4-seater was $59 + tax. A 6-seater was $79+tax as articfox said.

This thread had me a little intrigued, so I made a call and even though it was 1hour after the bike barn closed the recording says that a four seater is 59.00 a day plus tax. Reservations up to a year in advance, 18 yrs. or older with valid license to rent, and at least 16 with a valid license to operate. The Bike Barn hours are 9-5 daily and the number is 407-824-2742.

We have "boots on the ground" confirmation that the golf cart rates are still $59+tax for the 4-seater and $79+tax for a 6-seater. You are an excellant proof reader and caught an error in Disney's website. At least they should list both prices or the far more dominant one.
