Current outdoor seating for Pecos Bill

I remember there being a small outside seating area facing Splash Mountain. Is it still there? If crowded, are there still tables to sit at by Tortuga Tavern, which I’m guessing is closed. Just looking for outdoor seating options for my elderly parents.

I think the Mask -free seating area is nearby and they allow some refreshment while relaxing. Be sure to study map guide for these handy areas. They seem to be hard to notice until you have probably walked right by. The castmembers are monitoring the area and are very helpful.
