Current Orlando Weather???

Anyone know what the weather is ACTUALLY like in Orlando at the min?? Have checked out weather forecast which says partly sunny and thunderstorms for the next two weeks How bad do the thunderstorms generally get at this time of the year?? Should I be worried?? sad

Im in our villa in Davenport and its clear blue skys and very warm! Chances of rain/thunderstorm later around 3pm. Weather has been pretty good for us in general over the last week, not much rain.

Don't worry about the storms, if they happen its normally around 3-4pm and dont last long.

Honestly weather will be whatever it wants. You just have to accept it and get on and enjoy yourselves.

Most of the summer in to early Autumn you can expect afternoon thunderstorms.

They are heavy but clear pretty quickly.

The problem comes when either a low pressure or tropical system decides to come by. They can bring a lot of rain. If they stall you can get a couple of days of solid rain but the weather after is usually perfect.

I used to watch the forecast weeks out and the hurricane center but don't bother with either now.

So did I. But as you say, it will be as it will be and changes so suddenly you really can't predict it. With the exception of last year, rain has never hindered any plans while at WDW for us. We have managed to hit heavy storms in time for our flights coming in / departing (or not lol) a few times. Otherwise, poncho up, put on a smile and enjoy

Our first day - Sat- was heavyish rain but been hot hot hot since then - sometimes cloudy for just a few hrs but Id say 70% of the time clear skies. No problem drying off after water rides!!!
