Current Jedi Training Academy sign up procedure

Can someone give me the run down on how they are handling Jedi Training Academy sign ups now? DS has been over the age limit for a few years now and DD has never had an interest, she thinks she wants to do it this year so best to be prepared.

One adult and all children wanting to sign up that are within the 4yo-12yo age range go to JTA signups (old Sounds Dangerous building usually) as soon as possible following rope-drop.
