Current Incentives for DVC Presentation?

We're heading down in a week (only because we just moved and I'm completely not ready). I asked DH if he'd be interested in seeing the DVC presentation,a nd got a "maybe". I'm curious if anyone has been through it recently--how long did it take, what incentives did they offer for sitting thorugh it, that sort of thing.

Our trip will be to AKL and BCV, would possibly consider adding on at BLT. We have zero interest in SSR. Is that now sold out, and do you still go there for the tour regardless? I know I've read past threads abou tthe "presentation experience", but of course I can't find one now...TIA

When we did the presentation on July 27th, they offered the standard refreshments of course. In addition, I believe that we were offered the "super" fast pass, in our case one for each of us. Since we were leaving for home the next afternoon and had elected to return the next morning to sign the papers, the fast pass would not have been useable for us. We were instead given a small gift card each, which was enough to cover a nice top for DW.

What is a super fast pass ? Going in a couple weeks and want to plan ahead to use them I guess ?

A super fast pass is a pass that is loaded with three fastpasses that are available immediatly. That is as soon as you put the super fastpass into the fastpass machine the fast pass that spits out is for right now! You don't have to wait and come back at a later time. I believe you must use the three fastpasses within three days of first activation.

Eh, maybe we won't bother. The fast passes sound nice, but we have a system that works for us (collect fast passes in the AM, with all 4 kids in tow, then use them in the PM, when one of us has taken the little guys back for nap time). So, I don't see much value in that for us.

We closed on our add on this past Sunday....our guide explained what the fast passes are. You will receive 3 fast passes each day for each person in your room (in our case we will receive them every day for 5 days), you can use them at anytime....ours will be tied in with our free 5 night stay at SSR (part of the incentives with adding on).
