Current incentives for Add-ons

Does anyone know if DVC is still offering the incentive of 100 developer points if you add-on 110 points in addition to the $8/$10 per point discount?

We were just told 110 pt add-on = 110 developer points

akv = $8 discount
ssr = $10 discount

I just did my add-on 1hr ago! I did get the 8-10$ off and the 100 D. points.
