So for those that were wondering, the D23 gold member discount IS valid for $500. It cannot be combined with the member referall for new members so if your new you can choose one or the other.

Referall cannot be used for existing resale members. So with the Chase Visa discount and d23 gold member it drops a 150 point Riv contract back to the exact same price it was for the last incentives for existing members (not sure about new members).

A "welcome home" stay can be booked for current resale members who buy direct, however, they will only book the stay using your direct points. They will not book you anything with your resale points even If you're buying direct now.

A little lower, I think. It was $7 off $225. It's now $10 off $235 (net increase of 7), minus $1500 (net decrease of $3), or $450. But, it also requires that you have two other company affiliations, so synergy and all that---and one of those is not free. At larger point values, the delta washes out.

It ends when the current incentives end on April 28. They could do it again, but no guarantees. It wasn't available last round of incentives, but the price was cheaper so it evened out. We don't know what incentives on which hotels will be up next, but definetely active selling ones are a sure bet and I'm pretty sure they'll continue with akv since they're buying so aggressively . I heard summer incentives have been the better ones in the past, but that's not a guarantee either so I'm buying while it's still the same price as before with these incentives because the prices just keep going up. You can also commit to buy I think 7 days before current incentives end if the new ones are better you can cancel purchase and go for those. Let guide know before purchase if going this route.
