From anyone who sailed in the last month, was wondering what the current health questionnaire said? Any questions about vaccines or testing now that they’ve discontinued that? Is it back to the old questions of fever + cold and the one about vomitting?

From anyone who sailed in the last month, was wondering what the current health questionnaire said? Any questions about vaccines or testing now that they’ve discontinued that? Is it back to the old questions of fever + cold and the one about vomitting?

We were on the Wish last week. I received an email on embarkation morning requesting me to fill out the questionnaire online.
I do not recall any questions about vaccines nor testing.
