Current Dues at SSR

Are the current dues at SSR $4.12 or $4.21 per point?

We have the DREAM book with paperwork for 2007 that lists $4.12 per point for dues but our contract for our purchase states $4.21 per point. Is this a typo or did dues go up $9 a point this year?

Dues were $4.21 for my 2008 points. By the way, that's a $0.09 increase, not $9 as you posted.
