Current Disney Cost for VWL, BWC, & BCV?

I bought 150 pts at VWL thru DVC two years ago. They had the points right away (although I had to insist I didn't want SSR). I didn't pay closing costs so it was almost a wash vs. resale and I got points right away. I'd say go thru DVC unless you find a great resale deal or want a small contract.
