Current code problem??

I have 4 nights scheduled for the Poly from Dec. 3 to Dec. 7th using the CKO code for garden view non-consiege. I tried to get consierge garden view but they said they had none available and to keep checking back. I have called back 3 times now, they find rooms under the CKO code (they say) but when they go to book them for me they come up unavailable and none of the three reps I have gone thru know why. Is is maybe because even though they pull them up on the CKO code and they show up, they are not under this code and therefore not available due to being sold out??...smjj
