Hey all!

Wondering if anyone can tell me who is currently at the Disney Chase Visa M&Gs, particularly at DLR? I know it was Darth Vader, but wondering if that has changed since they switched out the regular Darth Vader M&G for Kylo Ren.

Also, if they are the same character, have you found the Visa M&G to have a shorter line?

When we were there Friday it was Kylo Ren. The wait time was about the same that day, but the bonus of the Visa MG is the free pic.

If they still give out the vouchers, could you get one each at DCA and DL M&G's if you do them in the same day?

Actually, the DL photo shop was able to print out both our Visa meet and greets, so we didn't have to go back to DCA to retrieve that one.
We went to DCA today around 3pm, the photos weren't there yet, so we hopped to DL, did that greet, both photos showed up, they still sent us back to DCA to get those photos.

I believe photos at DCA end before 3
We took the photo at 11am, but at 3pm they hadn't shown up on the PP card yet so that it could be printed, so we left DCA to go to DL without printing the photo. When we printed our photo in DL later, the DCA photos were there, but we were still sent back to DCA to print that one.

We were there in Disneyland last Friday and it was Kylo Ren. We had less than a one minute wait to see him at the M&G. It was awesome. It was also apparently Kylo Ren at the regular villains line with a 30+ minute wait. Chewbacca was on the light side and we waited 15-20 minutes to see him. I asked the gal at the villains line about Darth Vader and she looked at me and said he was dead, but that his grandson Kylo Ren was here. I felt like saying something to the effect of "yes, I know Darth Vader died in 1983 before you were even born, but I've seen him here multiple times since then, including in the last year or two" but I resisted. :) I pushed her nicely instead on whether Vader is ever there and she finally admitted they haven't had him since the new movie came out. They do still have Vader in Florida though. Our visits with both Chewbacca and Kylo Ren were awesome. We didn't do the M&G in DCA.

Well, that's too bad. Maybe we just got some nice CMs. It was around 8 PM one of the days during Thanksgiving week when I went to the main street photo shop to pick up the Darth Vader picture. All our pictures for the day came up, so I immediately asked if we could pick the morning's DCA picture there too. The CM said yes, then I don't know, then let me ask. She asked another CM who may have been the lead since he seemed to be the one helping all the other CMs there that night, and he immediately said yes. It was nice not to have to walk back to DCA and go through the whole process again, especially since as you might expect, the photopass line at DL that we had just waited in had already taken a bit of time.

Photopass also changed this week. On one ride they had no issue scanning a card to add the ride photo, but at another they insisted it can only be done by the app and wouldn't consider scanning the card. And then at another ride I missed the number, they said I couldn't add it to the app unless I pay for the download first. I went back later, another CM gave me the number and I added the photo to the app for free. I still have to buy it to remove the watermark, but I wasn't going to pay unless I could get it in the app first. Or else wouldn't be confident it would be included.

It was Darth Vader when it opened, but on 1/15 they announced that Kylo Ren would be replacing him in early February, and then on 1/23 they made the switch without really announcing it. I understand that they want to promote the new character and the new movies, but people thought they had another week to meet Darth Vader. So far Chewie has been the only light side character. Boba Fett meets occasionally in the Cantina. If you see CMs gathering there, that's a good indication that he'll be out soon. Kylo Ren is currently the only character for the Visa meet.

We met Kylo today, on the Dark side. I did not even see the Visa meet and greet. Why have Kylo in the dark side and the Visa meet?

We also saw Boba Fett today. No one else was around. After we took photos, we were telling other guests to go see him, lol. No lines, I told them.

Where is the meet n greet in Disneyland? What are the times? Last we used it it was only offered in DCA

Also wondering where the chase visa m & g is located? Especially DCA's--not sure I've seen that one... Thanks!!
