The CD was Peter back on the 10/8 to 10/15 Eastern.

Christiaan is "permanently" assigned to the Wonder. He's there when he's not on vacation.

Peter was actually better this summer than he had been previously. He's still my least favorite, but well...better....

We just cruised on the Magic and returned yesterday. Our cruise director was Darren (sorry, can't recall his last name). Not sure about assistant, I know the name Tisa was used a lot when referring to Darren.

This is GOOD. Darren was the ACD this summer. Tisa is a dear. She was the nightclub hostess on a previous cruise. She's a hoot! OK, so I do miss David, but Tisa is great.

Darren has been with DCL from the beginning and has held about every job in the cruise staff department. He is personable, a good guy, and knows his stuff.

Clayton was our CD on the mid-August AK cruise this year (on the Wonder) and we thought he was great! Was he just filling in for Christiaan?

I remember Tisa from the Wonder 4 Day Bahamas cruise in Feb 2010--she is a hoot!

Yes, Clayton is normally an assistant CD and he was filling in for Christiaan. He also used to do Alaska on another cruise line, so they chose him particularly for that new venue. Tisa is amazingly funny. When she referred to herself as "the black Barbie doll of DCL" I thought I was going to lose it. She was going on about how the guys wear a suit jacket and essentially have the same outfit for each night, but the costumer went crazy doing her wardrobe.
